You must go to space on Sunday!! Its We Love Sundays closing party, starts at 8am and finishes at 6am Monday. Late afternoon is the best time to go, you can dance on the terrace while the sun is still shining and the planes fly overhead. Its 55euros to get in, you get a free drink and a wristband so you can go out and back in once. You can get tickets for 50euros if you buy them from a shop or bar before you go. I normally go for a bit in the afternoon then go back about 10 or 11 when it gets going a bit more! Most people dress very casual for the daytime parties.
If you can manage it go to DC10 on Monday, its only 25euros in with drink, its on from early morning til late (between 10pm and midnight). It gets VERY busy at about 6ish though so i would recommend going during the afternoon and staying for as long as you can handle the pushing!
Drinks in clubs are expensive 10/12euros in most for spirit/mixer (but v.large measures!) and usually about 8euros for water! If you're staying in San An, there are bars where you can get cheap drinks but if you're staying nearer ibiza town you have to look a bit harder- try the smaller bars away from the port. There are a lot of expensive bars in ibiza town- base bar, rock bar etc. Also go to Bora Bora in Playa D'en Bossa, its not cheap for drinks but good atmosphere and free! Late afternoon is a good time to go, people dancing on tables etc!
