How many tests does that involve?? I've done the numerical and verbal ones that take an hour each but nothing longer than that :?

funk knows, its got to be more than one i pressume just wondered if there can be a 3.5 hour exam for this type of thing, my cima exams are only 3 hours long!

suprisingly the agency involved are being a little vague about it.....all they are thinking of is the dollars they are going to earn from me.

When I was 16 (long, long ago) I had the scariest, nervewracking interview ever. It was for pilot selection with the RAF. There was 2 high ranking officers (Group Captain and Air Commadore) a camcorder constantly filming so they could rip me to shreds behind my back. 8O

As if that wasn't bad enough, there was also a psychologist in the corner taking notes.

I didn't get the job

I did a 3 hour one when I was considering joining the diplomatic service.

It was quite a while ago but from what I remember it was split into sections on language, problem solving etc, and then some sections of the type that they use on IQ tests, such as the ones where you have to recognise shapes and give the next numbers in a sequence.

The last part was one of those horrible personality tests where you have to agree/disagree on a scale of 1-10 with various statements.

sounds like this could be very relevant..........just hope there is no language stuff involved cos my english is rubbish!

got to be honest i'm not looking forward to it and I don't think its is the right way to decide who should get a job or not...
