just the partys and the piss ups and meeting up with old friends is what makes it great, december the 25th is officaly the most boring day of the year though.

That is a very good point Sil  Based on previous years I would assume twice, perhaps once at beginning of Dec, then maybe once week before Christmas, then on Christmas Day  I've bought loads of extra wrapping paper this year

It doesn't matter so much with my presents to him but I have to do everyone elses shopping for them and wrap them up  so poor Tom had to look really surprised at the presents from all my family when he opened them on Christmas morning despite the fact that I had already made him open them twice

I bought wrapping paper and cards the other week and I was stomping that there is a lack of pink wrapping paper and pink cards this year, it was then that Tom reminded me that pink isn't a colour synonymous (sp??) with Christmas and I'd be better off looking for reds and golds

PMSL!

Pep is very hard to surprise and one week before christmas we make a bit of training about "being surprised and pleased with christmas presents from Sil's family" 8O

I got some nice white wrap from tesco's but they also do it in pink its pink, with silver snow flakes on, very festive I thought :D :P :D

You're making me feel bad .... luckily the only presents we buy are for the girls !

Because we're mean ! lol

Narr .... present buying for the rest of the family stopped when we had children as we cant afford to buy for everyone.

Normally I love Christmas, but with a big family and not too much money this year i'm REALLY stressed out about it all. That's not how it should be is it... :(
