It doesn't get much more basic than olive, should be the first thing in the pan (and the last thing on your salad, apart from vinegar) for every meal. Not drinking is a laugh, you feel better the next day and you have more money, plus on the occasions when you do go out to piss it up it's more of a novelty and it takes less!
