I am bored and restless today...

and ordering some funky new teatowels and oven mitt (the domestic goddess in me coming out :lol:)

12 more working days to Christmas and 22 days til I'm on a plane

Hail fellow stalker - how goes it - did Howard survive 2 visits from you???

I suspect there will be an oven glove shaped package for me under the tree this year - Phil said going out with me these days (without a tan) is like going out with an "Amy Winehouse type self harmer" the amount of scars I have on my hands and arms from the cooker :lol::lol::lol::lol:

Lucky you flying out to warmer climates - wish it was me..... I did mention holiday to Phil over Christmas and NY and he said "what about the football though?" I gave up....

I am still coming down from a Take That high I think that's why I'm feeling so restless today

Well if you need any oven glove tips I'm an expert (I never knew there were so many websites that sold oven gloves :lol:)

Tom is assuming that he's still going to be able to watch Chelsea in Thailand...........I'm not so sure but I'm just going along with him ;)

As much as Phil likes to leave it allll to me - there is no way on earth he would leave football type arrangements in my Puppy head........ and the fact he has his season ticket and he refuses to waste a match

Well I am giving her the benefit of the doubt at the moment and trying to get her to plan her working day by checking what's coming in first and learning to prioritise - i think that's her problem - she's used to delegating work and not prioritising it for herself - the other girl I interviewed who I had slight concerns about but thought she could do the job has turned out to be bloody amazing - I have never met someone of her age with the work ethic she has - i have to keep getting her to tone it down a bit in the office cos she's louder than me, but jesus can she work - if only I could clone her...

PS we are recruiting again down in London if you fancy being a Secretary ??[/quote]

Really?
Where abouts in London?

I am trying to do a year here to get it on my CV - and I do have to say I love the place, more the people then anything. But im always open to ideas!

Hello

I am properly bored and restless today too - my day has consisted of ordering lots of half price Pout make-up (the website is closing down at end of this month so everything is half price if anyone is interested) and ordering some funky new teatowels and oven mitt (the domestic goddess in me coming out :lol:)

12 more working days to Christmas and 22 days til I'm on a plane

I might have to have a look at this, im always on the look out for new make up :p

Would anyone in the UK be nice enough to export Tickety Boo tea to me in NYC? I'm having a hard time finding it online - the site that I originally ordered a case from a year ago has run out and doesn't know when they'll get more. Maybe a trade - spinning bowties for a case from Tesco?

What is it? Something to do with Billy Connelly?

Can you bring back a spinning bowtie for Dan X please????
Sure... although it'll be at least early February before I could bring it to London!

We're trying to work this out... at the parents we've got Fox Soccer Channel so we can get up early to watch. I'm not sure what we'll do later in Argentina for the matches around New Years Day so there's research left to be done. I think at least one match (FA Cup) happens while we'll be in the air. It's quite difficult to follow your team when away from home!

Yes. He started a charity for India and it's funded by sales of a tea blend called Tickety Boo. It's great tea but extremely hard to find - when I was in London last year the local Tesco didn't carry it, and that's one of the places you should be able to get it. If anyone in the UK knows of a place I can order it online please post. Thank you.

I am presently 2 secs from Fenchurch St, Lloyds Avenue, so the Lloyds building is not far for me either
