Well i'm back on 20 a day - more if I have a bad day

I can't believe Jamie has started again! He was doing so well Sar I blame you for leading him astray

I have cut down a lot. I only smoke at weekends now and even that is tiny amounts. Last weekend I smoked 4 ciggarettes the whole weekend! And I was out drinking both Friday and Saturday!

Jon has done really well, not touched a cigarette in 5 weeks!

I don't forcefeed him cigarettes you know We're just a bad combination when we get together, I'd only been round his 5 minutes before we were sneaking off to the shop like a pair of naughty schoolchildren to buy 20 Camel Lights
