How would a person get from London to

Thanks Holly - that's brilliant

I have Addison Lee in my phone that's who I would tend to use if I was working in London - not the cheapest, but certainly better than getting stung for a fortune and have to suffer the journey home in a potentially dodgy car with someone who doesnt know the area and I have to direct (being a non london person this is verging on the ridiculous!!)

Oh yes, too many times I've been in the back of a dodgy car trying to direct from an A to Z (sometimes barely able to focus).

Yup - its bloody annoying hanging out of a car window trying to see road signs in London whilst its pee'ing down and i7.00am in the morning and I am shouting at the driver "FFS - just follow the blue road man" to which he replies in pidgin english "Madam - that's the river"

.... but what did he expect after 8 hours in Turnmills!!!8O

Can I just explain myself for a moment here....

When I was telling him to follow the blue road - I was actually looking at a big A4 A-Z book of London - not actually looking at the river itself..... no matter how battered I get - I am proud that I can still distinguish between a road and a river in real life.... thank you!8)

Just thought, you could PM Beckiboo or Lynch when they're back from Ibiza (on the 26th I believe). Jon lives round that way and they might have a good local firm that would be cheaper than Addison Lee.
