hi guys,

im plannin on goin to ibiza next summer with a few m8s for a holiday and wanna do my research well in advance... how long do you guys think is long enough to spend in ibiza?
any help would be much appreciated,

jonno

i could spend months there.

last year i convinced a work collegue to go and he eventually came around to the idea, and talked his mates into it. he went for 7 days with a few of the obvious misconceptions, but open minded, he loved it. he said 7 days wasnt enough. he said he was planninbg to go again this year for 2 weeks.

alternatively, ibiza is an expensive place. you could save up, and blow it all in 7 days living like a god.

Hello. I allways go about 10 days and I allways think is not enough. I suppose it is also got to do with want you intend to do, I like visiting beaches and villages and I also go clubbing.

Depending on where you're coming from. If you live in Europe, then you can always go a week at a time. For me, coming from Canada, I spend no less than 2 weeks there. That way you can experience the same day two different ways, if that makes sense. You can hit up Subliminal on one Wednesday and the next Wed, go somewhere else or just relax that night and see what goes on outside the clubs.

Cheers,
Terry

P.S. I'm planning on spending the rest of my life there when I'm rich :D

In 2 weeks you'll do well to spend less than £700 thats around $1300 (im affraid the dollar isnt doing too great right now)

The dollar has strengthened a bit since I booked (earlier this year). It was around $1.3 to 1 Euro but now it's near $1.2 to 1 Euros. Might not seem like a lot but it is when you are spending several thousand dollars on a vacation.

I see youre speaking in terms of thousands of dollars, no surprise since you'll be at every closing party going..

That's the "plan" anyway... ;)

It's the flight from the states that's so pricey. Two plane tickets cost me over $1500. Hotel is only $500 or so, auto rental only $300. Hopefully $2-$3k for food, tickets, drinks, entertainment. It's our first time over there and this is sort of our honeymoon since we didn't get to go on one directly after we got married. If your gonna do it might as well go all out... :P
