Had to give up on Tuesday which gutted me as was really excited for resistance. Eventually found flight from east midlands at 6am on wednesday morning for £178 inc baggage, gonna sort a mate £40 to take us but will be there before midnight as they need to get back and get some shuteye for work. A bit of a nightmare but we will do whatever it takes to get on thst Island and enjoy our holiday :cool:

Good to hear you got a flight sorted. We're on the island now and one of our group was going home tonight. He has just been notified his flight home has been cancelled so he's gotta stay here. He's just told his misses he won't be home and she's not impressed. :lol:

Faro to PDR :) hotel check in 5 mins away driver said.. hired a driver for 128e return as our flight on Sunday is 8:00am and we about 70k from airport.we got off to bad start with him, as he was ringing we were in the bar:oops:.. I knew ye be irish he said..:lol:
