Im sure I read somewhere that some parts or all of the Radio 1 weekend are a ticket only affair, have I read something wrong or is this the case??
I'd appreciate some advise from someone 'in the know'.

well each radio 1 show broadcasted from punta es moli of which include: essential selection,....fergie,....judge jules,....seb fontaine,... are all FREE u simply have to turn up but as for the essential mix (last yr was @ eden) u have to buy a ticket for.

Punta Es Moli

The four of us are stoppin at poniente apartments two minutes walk from coastline bar, where in relation to this is Punta Es Moli :?: :?: This place doesnt ring any bells.

You are about a 15 minute walk away, Punta Es Moli is in the bay on a corner next to the beach, just look for the windmill.

Actually, I went to Radio 1 Weekend at Punta Es Moli 2 yrs ago to hear Julesy, then walked to Coastline to meet the rest of my party for dinner and it took me about 15-20min... would have been 15 if I didn't take a wrong turn somewhere  Amazing that you can spend 2 weeks in Ibiza, but still barely know your way around... or was that just me?? :?

Punta Es Moli

I'm sure it'll become obvious when were there but i'd like to know before hand. From Coastline do you walk down the coast towards Cafe Del Mar or the other way to get to Punta Es Moli :?:

You walk in the direction of CDM around the bay to get to it. 15-20 min walk.

Tomzz, Punta Es Moli is in San Antonio.

Only 20 mins

If its past the egg and past Bar M then further round the bay then thats gotta be more than 20 mins

It's well past Bar M, it's the other side of the Bay!!!! I'd like to see anyone walk it in less than half an hour. Prob closer to 45 mins from Coastline easy.

How does Radio ONE weekend work?

Pretty simple really:

You gather together 10000 spotty, lobster pink Brits and make them stand in the San An sun for hours listening to bangin' eurocheesehouse by the loikes of "Dangerous" Dave Pearce, stick up a few banners like sponsored by Bacardi Geezers.

Piece of cake!
