I am going to Houston next weekend and will stay there for about 10 days. Really struggle to find any good parties/ clubs there. Does anyone know anything?
It's not the party capital of the world but with 2 million people there has to be one good place, right? Or do I have to go down to Miami?

Check out to see if Rent is going on. It is a great monthly party by Lil Martin. You just missed digweed on Thursday.

Digweed last Thursday is the only event I had found earlier. I found Rent, and they have an event March 31st, so that fits well. Is is a good party?

Anything special happening in Austin or is it just a better party town in general?

Definatly DO RENT! I do not live in Houston and have flown down three times last year to go to it. It is a good party. Haven't been this year because getting ready to head to WMC. Leaving tonight! wooohoo.

Austin is far more eclectic. I will be in Houston from Apr-29th till May-02 for the Offshore Technology Conference, after which I will drive (or fly) up to Austin. It is only about 160miles north west.
