Are really starting to do my nut in.

They are always arriving late meaning we cant eat dinner until about 8.30pm and the woman last night was at our house for a whole hour :evil:. She went up into the loft and had Joey pulling the wardrobes away from the wall so she could see the wall behind it :evil:.

Just want it sold now :?
 
Don't use crap estate agents - just find one who knows what they're doing and give them a backhander to set you up a deal with a buyer.

Been up for 2 weeks
Not telling you how much ;)
But we need £3,000 less than what its up for
We had one offer that was £7,000 under the asking price :lol: oh how we laughed :lol:

Estate agent said its their most popular house at the moment, but it under offer and cheap because of a few cosmetic things that need doing to it.
 
£7k under asking price is a damn good offer in todays market! Any decent neg should have been able to tie that up for a couple of K more/meet half way! 8O

we knocked our woman down £10k 8)

theres a house opposite with one less bedroom just been sold fpr £15k less that what we paid :D

but all the painting we're doing at the moment is doing me nut in :x :evil:

We need a certain amount though N8 and it was £4,000 less than what we needed so it was no go!.

It was the estate agent that put it on the market for what it is, we may reduce the asking price down to what we need perhaps? but not yet.

Theres plenty of interest so its bound to happen soon.

Definitely keep the asking price higher than you want. Always give people room to bargain... even if you know you'd take less, it'll make them feel better about the purchase (hey honey! I bargained them down a whole 3k from the asking price!)

Well thats what we thought sweetie, were prepared to go £3,500 below the asking price, i think thats only fair. The house is under offer as it is aswell tbh.

Well when you've been on this board for as long as i have along with lots of other origional members you get sick of seeing the same ibiza posts over and over again so we talk about what we like.

As the room suggests 'Open Chat' about anything you like that why you'll also see lots of other posts on here that are not related to Ibiza. If you want to read Ibiza related messages then go to the other rooms that are featured on this site.

Are you going to send your snotty message to every other one that isnt about Ibiza or are you just going to target me??.

Oh and no offence like :roll:
