Who knows best house nights in London? Been here a few years now but not had chance to check out the house music scene !! Few mates are down from up north so we want a pure house night and some cool warm up bars in early march on a Saturday .. Looking maybe around shoreditch area! Like the vibe defected gives so nice non comm house ...looked at xoyo with eats everything but reckon it will be a bit too techy ;/ any suggestions welcome :) cheers

Martin Ikin is everywhere at the moment. Literally a booking in London every weekend. Guaranteed a house-vibe when he's playing.

Your regular, established nights do tend to veer towards tech house. Eats Everything XOYO residency will be a good night regardless. Depends on who the guest/s are on your dates as how much pure house you're likely to hear. I would hazard a guess at probably not a lot though.

Egg might be a good place to go. Always a good headliner/s, and lots of rooms to accommodate for a variety of tastes.

I think some places in dalston might be more up your street. I dont know what might be on in march but places like The Nest , Dance Tunnel and Dalston Superstore i think will tick more boxes than the bars in shoreditch. A friend recently put on a really good night in shoreditch which is set to continue , they have chymera playing the next one but i dont think it it coincide with your trip in early march

Sankeys London is at Studio 338 (THAT club)

The Tunnel (dalston), bussey building (peckham), corsica (elephant) are the places to go these days. Shoreditch is pretty much over plastic people aside although that is way past its heyday. Oval Space is alright for lineups but the sound is suspect and the staff are a bit SS
