Anyone stayed at Hotel Argos? Considering this end of April mad weekend, was ideally looking at Figueretas, but wondering if Talamanca would be too quiet considering its a very early start to the season? (handy for Pacha though of course)

Plane ticket (x2+)s n car booking really rise (x6 with DYS, i opt for motoluis) afic , i don't complain for 2022 hotel prices even the one i used to go rise their price by 25% (i ve picked other ones that made good deals as ibz b4 2020)
For Opening 2022 13 days 1000€ spent (40% hotel, 30% car booking 30% Plane tix), past years it was 500€ (60% hotel, 10% plane et 30% car)

Hi all, hope everyone is well. I've been out of the loop for a while.

Was thinking of booking a few nights at Hostal Salinas this August. A quick search brought up a post saying that it has new owners.

Can anybody fill me - is it still worth staying at? Do they/are they likely to host events this summer?

Would have loved to have gone to a sound garden event.

Cheers

'Nickibizahire' has done a new Youtube blog showing Hotel renovation progress in San An, still looks like loads of work to do at the Tanit, Picis Park and Blau Park. But as we know Ibiza builders often pull it out the bag late in the day!

Anybody know what is going on with Bora Bora (as a hotel)? Tried to look for rooms there, but their website doesn't seem to be working and Booking doesn't list them...
Hey everyone, was there any news on this somewhere? Booking calendar on their website shows „unavailable“ for the entire year, does not seem realistic… still closed, permanently closed!!?! 😱

TazLondon, was this supposed to be an answer to my question or just a general information? Cause I Bora Bora does not belong to that group, does it?

Anyway, does somebody have a clue about Bora Bora? The IBZ locals in the forum?!?!
Still wondering the same thing / seeing the same thing when trying to book on their calendar... Really don't know how their last two years went. Might be a case of them not having started things up yet. If so, they'll surely miss out on a lot of business with so many people eager to book their holidays already now.

It wasn't a reply to your question hence not quoting it.

Hello everyone! Finally going back to ibiza this summer after a three year absence, and I can't wait.
This time it is with my girlfriend instead of friends, so I am planning a more relaxing trip.
😂
For now, I have booked grupotel santa eulària, which seems like a nice and fairly priced hotel. My biggest concern is if Santa Eulària will be too quiet, and if going back and forth to ibiza town and Playa d'en bossa will be too much of a hassle. We will probably go clubbing once or twice and will want to go ibiza town two or three times, as well as going to San Antonio once.
Can anyone, who has stayed in Santa Eulària, tell me if having to catch the bus most days will be a pain and if maybe it would be better to spend a bit more and stay closer to the action, even if this means giving up some of the peace and quiet?
Your input is much appreciated.

Santa Eulalia is well connected with Buses, particularly to Ibiza Town, and there is a Discobus in July and August.

The ferry to Ibiza Town is also a good option as you get great views of Dalt Vila from the boat.

There's plenty of bars and restaurants in Santa Eulalia itself too, just more families and older couples about than ravers.

There's a bus stop 13/18 route about 5 minutes walk away from the Grupotel, some of these buses go all the way to the bus station in Ibiza town, some terminate at SE. There is an infrequent service to San Antonio from SE.

Santa Eularia is nice. You are well positioned for some of the more 'hippyish' parts of the island, Las Dalias etc. Got some nice beaches near there too like Aguas Blancas. There are a few cool bars playing decent tunes that will make you feel like you are in Ibiza....

Getting the bus to Ibiza town is easy, but if you want to go to San An that is more of a pain. Just for example, we went over to watch the sunset one night, 40euros each direction in a cab, then spends on top of that makes it expensive.

If you are going to Ibiza town a few times, you'll be fine getting there on the bus, but getting back again will be about 30euros in a cab...so that will mount up. Bossa probably about 35 getting home...

The hotel chain Hilton, which in recent years ran the Montesol, returns to Ibiza taking over the Cala Llonga Resort (previously known as Sirenis Imperial)...

Any islanders know if the work has started on the new Hilton / Old Sirenis property?
