seaweed is something natural - so where is the problem ?

a "downpoint" is the sewer which is discharging waste water
and sometimes even raw sewage into the talamanca bay
polluting the water and spreading a bad smell :( :spank:

during off-season the water looks crystalclear but in peak season the
sewage plant sometimes is surcharged :?
