I stayed at the hostal florencio http://www.hostalflorencio.com and it was good. Shower, balcony, pool, free breakfast AND it was friendlier than the adelino! Managed to sneak people up to the room in the day while we were getting ready to go out, but I dont think it would have been possible to get someone up during the night... not that we tried!
