Hi guys, im new to this site. My name is Elissa and im off to Ibiza (again) this yr.

Im a good girl now so dont do anything naughty whilst on holiday.
My only problem is i cant "stay awake", when everyone else is getting geared up to hit the big clubs im starting to crave food and wanting my bed. i need to find something,hence the title of my post that i can buy in a high street store, like H&B, that provides a crazy energy supply.
Iv tried those little test tubes of guarana poured into my vodka red bull, and they work. But i cant take loads of them out, plus it looks a bit dodgy, sat on the bar tables, making a little science experiment of my own..:-)

wondered if anyone knew of any tablets i could take with a longer release of energy buzz. sensible suggestions please:-) and legal!
Ive tried the 5-HTP a few years ago...what do people think of these? Do they really work? and what are they supposed to do?

5HTP is for brain recovery so it won't really do anything to boost your energy levels.

I don't actually find that drugs of the illegal variety do give you any more energy than you have already. They just make you feel a bit 'strange' :lol:

I've been on marathon sessions drinking nothing but tap water. 8O ;)

Just ease yourself in with a few wines and it will take you a few hours but when you've pushed yourself through that 4am lull you'll find a new energy reserve and release of endorphines that will keep you dancing through pretty much all the following day should you need to! :D
 
prepare for a night out by eating a slow energy release food like porridge with a couple of bananas chucked in.

good for post clubbling slumped in bed coma mornings too.

Very true. There've been times when I've gone through as far as lunchtime the next day on beer alone. ;)
(with this route, however, you have to keep moving... no sitting down)
 
In the pharmacies in Ibiza you can by caffeine capsules that are 6x the strength of Pro-Plus, but be careful- don't take them every day and night as I did the first year I was there. I nearly gave myself a heart-attack!!!
