Ministry Travel are fine, I know loads of people who have gone with them in past and you can't got wrong with them and also you get few little perks thrown in like free entry to Ministry etc.

They do seem to have the best hotels on the island advertised so i reckon they'd be alright! Would rather book it all myself though and save a lot of money

Yeah and their flight dates aren't that good, I think they are Weds to Weds this year so they obviously get you there for Ministry but if you're only going for a wk would mean you miss Subliminal
