Re the long journey home - I got to the airport to find they had no record of my booking even though I had the confirmation print out with me , but managed to buy the same flights anyway IBIZA - PALMA -BARCELONA- HEATHROW......or so I thought.

Get to BCN only to spot on my 3rd boarding card of the day that I'm flting to Gatwick. No worries, methinks until:

Buckley turns is phone on as he goes through customs and answers the immediate ringing:

"Hello, the current Mrs B (for it is she)"

TCMB: "Where are you?"

Buckers: "Just landed, should be with you in an hour half..."

TCMB:"No you won't....you'll be with me in a minute DA-DA SURPRISE! I'm here at Heathrow!"

Buckers [jaw on floor]: Bugger!

I had a fairly poor journey home too after Space/DC10 closing. We flew Ibiza->Madrid->Heathrow, door to door it took 12 hours!!!

Plus Spanair lost my bag! They found it 2 days ago (i.e. a week later), and I'm sure the woman on the phone said it had turned up in Atlanta?!
