Help

While there is a lot more to Ibiza than the music and clubs my comment about age was related to this. I just wonder how long I will continue to go to the clubs on the island, will I stop at 35? 40? Who knows. When I was 20 I doubt I would have thought I would be doing some of the things I am now so no doubt when I'm 40 I'll look back and feel the same. I have a few 40+ friends who still enjoy clubbing and a couple of them can even party as hard as us :)

why should being older make any difference? around 30% of ibiza's visitors each year are over 45 - that's about 600,000 people, and pretty much the same percentage as menorca, though mallorca tends to attract a more 'mature' clientele.

Jaysus, I'm still scraping into the 30%, I really don't want to be part of the 70 :(

Yes, msr, is quite right and put it better than what I was trying to say in my first post. I wasn´t trying to say Ibiza is no longer for me at 32, but there does come a point when the holiday you have been used to i.e clubs, bars til 6am become less relevant. I can´t think of anywhere else I´d like to go on holiday, but priorities change the older and more knackered you get.

Running a day behind with my plans, went to Salines today, walked to the watch tower. When people tell you it´s a fair walk, believe them, and wear appropriate footwear. And, don´t be surprised to walk around a bush and be confronted by a bloke or several blokes with their bits out, seems quite normal after a while. Didn´t eat at Salines, left my debit card at the hotel, 24 euros for a plate of salmon at one of the bars, ate my packet of hula hoops instead, 25 cents they cost me, bargain.

Were you at Salinas or Es Cavallet? Sounds like my adventures at the latter (again, you really should read my review from last year!)

Dont you mean you're scraping into the 70?! :p

Give it a few years, thank you very much:p And I won't be scraping in, I will go there screaming and protesting. Anyway, by which time the 30/70 split will be a higher age so I will still be in the lower age range:lol::lol::lol:

Was it ever ascertained if your adventures were 'accidental' or not?:lol:

yeah will do when I get back. Definitely Salinas, though I feel as thoughI walked so far may have ended up at Es Cavallet. Going to have a local San An day today, maybe take some photos to show a different side to it, that drug article did my head in.
