help, im 17!

hi everyone im stanley from devon in england. me and loads of mates are planning on going to ibiza in the summer but theres a couple of us who are still 17 years old! We are aware that the age of entry is 18 to the clubs but we desperately dont wanna miss out! I was just wondering if i could get some opinions from clubbers who've been before that would be able to tell me how strict the clubs are on ID. Any help/tips/advice anyone can give me will be well recieved!! thanks

It's not like in England. The clubs are a world apart in many ways, and as a result, attitudes and strictness is different.

At 17 I very much doubt you have anything to worry about getting into the clubs, it's really not a big issue in Ibiza like it may be in your local city centre, but as such, it's common decency to to appreciate it once your inside8) The clubs aren't your typical town centre dumps full of grotty people looking for a kebab and getting drunk and *aggressive* it's not about making yourself as sick as possible, having a fight and such-it's all about the vibes and euphoric atmosphere. IMO this rubs off on people (first timers or not) the minute they step into the clubs and it's completely different experience to bog standard british clubs, this is one of the reasons I believe I.D'ing etc is so laid back-they know there's nothing to worry about

yeah im gonna be 17 when we go in august, i had the same dilemma but **** it we booked it anyway, if its anything like mainland spain they wont give a ****, n iv heard lots of good things from ppl who have been b4 so we shud be fine!
out of interest when are you going, cos im worried there wont be anyone our age 2 meet when we get there

hey i went year jst gone in july n i only had jst turned 17...im goin this year in may to work im 18 on june the 12th neways so no probs...but dnt worri ull b jst fine mate...i ll b out there 2 then!!
