Help and Advice Please

I'm trying to start a club night in my area but i'm just not sure how to go about doin it. :? Any advice on how to go about booking a club and expenses and expenditures, hiring staff running the bar and all the other general stuff would be greatly apprieciated.

i was going to start a nite myself last year....alls i can tell you is dont pack it in if your first nite isnt succesfull,you need people to spread the word about,if you say only get 50 people but they like it theyll tell more about and so on...and also dont over do it on your djs for the first few,book someone whos well known but not expensive like an up coming dj,and its all about promotion..spread the word everywhere with flyers posters emails etc
