We're on unusual cold wave #2 of the season.
-21C right now. -30C expected overnight.

5/10 - cold, bored, is it weekend soon?

Nothing seems to be going right in the short term, nothing good to look forward to, and I'm havign bouts of manic-short-concentration-span-ness, which is driving me mental.

At the moment the half the balance will be paying a lump of on my house and half will be kept somewhere accessible while I decide on one of two investment opportunities.

What's the popular vote - do I buy somewhere else to rent out? Or do open 'Buckley's' on a ready to go site in Shoreditch?

Property is the best form of investment, everyone knows that!...and flat buying is so much fun after all. ;)

...Where are you living at the mo? Are you particularly settled there? Of course you should sell it and move to Shoreditch! 8O

I'm not sure how Oirish, unless SuperD wants to run it for me:lol: . Has only got a license for midnight though, and sitting tenants above would probably keep it that way, but then that's reflected in the price.....

I'm up in Norfest Norf London, very settled. Any Shoreditch interest would be this one bar, which I'd be paying someone else to manage.
