Cos we've been speaking to him on e-mail every day since he went to 'the other side' so it's not as if he's every really been away for us :lol:

The best thing about Georgian food is the appetizers, most of which revolve around vegetables and nut paste (they call them "salads", but we're not talking about big leafy greens.... still, great for vegetarians). And the Georgians do shish-kebab better than almost anyone.

Georgia's not the safest place but I hear it's not bad in Tblisi.

Going out for Georgian food tonight and I am definitely gonna get myself some of that hatchipouri (the yummy looking cheese bread there in the front of Mark's photo) 8)
