Great news for any local clubbers in the Nort-West....Hed Kandi has a new residency at Ascension, Oldham St, Central Manchester. It's open 10pm - 4am and cost £10 or £8 with NUS/flyer. Apparently there's a Stereo Sushi room boasting deep, vocal-led house music and a Disco Heaven area where the big floor-movers will be played!!`With Graeme Park playing on Friday's, Venus at club V, Funky Salad at Infinity, Phoenix Nights at the Phoenix Club (no joke!) and Tribal Sessions at Sankeys Soap, Strictly Funky at Tiger, Tiger and not to mention Funkademia at Sub Space.....Funky house in Madchester has taken off big style in the past 6 months.....I've died and gone to Disco Heaven
