Has anyone ever stayed at Apts Poniente Playa???

My first time to ibiza, leave on the 19th july, was wondering if anyone had stayed at these apartments, and if so wot are they like, and how close to the sunset strip they are?
 
not stayed there but friends have, they are quite basic but are in a good position, very close to Kanya and Coastline. :)
 
Stayed there two years ago-pretty basic but clean enough. Rooms were very large. Good location near to sunset strip and coastline etc. Got pretty rowdy at times.
