if romance wasnt the chickens certainly will be...

Leese, i got bored of chicken boobs and i wont eat it anymore. I like the whole chickens you can buy that are already cooked, infact im going to have one for dinner tonight with some salad

Chow, thats what we bought, Monkfish. After stinking the whole house out i got put off by it and even the cat wouldnt eat it.

I did try a bit of seabass a few weeks ago in a restaurant in bournemouth and i think i liked it :?

Mumbo the idea is to buy the fish fresh. sniff it b4 u buy.

The bass in bournemouth would probably have been caught locally. - cant really say the same about fish in Birmingham.

I know what you mean getting bored of chicken boobs, tis all we seem to eat, but I'll have fish and veg on 2 nights, chicken salad maybe 3 nights, and chicken and rice with a chicken tonight sauce on occasion, we hardly ever eat any other meat unless we have a bbq.

What about tuna steaks? they're delicious, or haddock with a sauce maybe?

Any cereal diets?

You know, the ones where you eat a bowl for breakfast and for lunch and then eat a normal meal on the night?
Try my version. Red bull for breakfast, double iced latter for lunch, then an often less-than-sensible dinner

The thought of a tuna steak makes me feel ill :?, i dont even eat a normal steak :?.

Im sorry, im so fussy when it comes to food which is why i'll just settle for a curry or a chinese when it comes to deciding what to eat :?

Lunch time is fine because a sandwich and a yoghurt with some fruit is fine or maybe some fresh soup, its just the evening

Were going shopping tonight so i'll have a chat with Joey later about fishy things

I'm really funny with my eating habits too. I can't eat any meat unless it's of good quality, no fat, skin or bones. I don't partcularly like fish, for the main reason that I dont like it if it has any skin on it, or bones (which causes problems in resturants because all fish seems to have even teeny bones in it  ).
I don't like fruit unless it's to my particular preferance, i,e I wont eat an apple thats too mushy, wont eat bananas if they've got brown bits on them, wont eat oranges if they're too tangy etc.

There's not really much hope for my healthy eating regime is there :?

Im exactly the same and i cant eat a banana thats warm either or warm cheese :?

I cant eat cheese melted or meat unless its not processed. I wont eat chicken burgers etc.

I wont eat satsumas that are not juicy or leave you with all the skin still in your mouth :?

I dont like mushrooms :?

goto sainsburys.

get
a bag of rocket salad
some cherry tomatos
small red onion
a bottle of sainsburys own brand Balsamic dressing
skinless chicken breast

and make yourself a nice warm grilled chicken salad, with a poached egg on top.

failing that u could put all your food in a blender and then strain the contents to remove the skin/lumps/bones etc... and suck it thru a straw.

it is. takes 20mins to prepare.
u can rub some chinese 5 spice onto the rough side of the chicken for a bit of flavour.

or get the breast with the skin on, and grill it with it on, and peel off the skin before serving. i find the fat under the skin helps cook the meat, and helps retain the moisture.
