Thanks Guyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyys!
Don't worry Clara I haven't got a bad word to say about Glencoe (don't get me started on Glasgow though
). It was gorgeous up there, honestly I can't even begin to describe without pictures but imagine waking up in a country cottage on the banks of a river with a massive, snow capped mountain sitting outside your window... it was beautiful
Had such a nice birthday, ate in a fab restaurant on the banks of Loch Leven, played Trivial Pursuit with a few bottles of wine, good company, perfect!
We went in the cable car up Ben Nevis, which even though I found extremely nerve racking (scared of heights), the view when you get up there is outstanding, plus there is a little cafe in which you can have a hot chocolate and a piece of cake so that helped calm my nerves
We also done a few walks, ate out in a Fort William pub called the Grog and Gruel, which done a mean steak and ale pie
and lots of drives exploring the countryside.
Had a really good time, feeling very wholesome now and most annoyed to be back in the "big smoke"
Pictures on the way....
