hangover cures!!!

I do the following:

* On getting in & before sleeping *
  • 4x 5HTP
  • 1000mg vitamin C
  • 1 multivit
  • 2 x magnesium & zinc
  • 400mg ibuprofen
  • 1 litre water & full face & lips moisturising & brush teeth
  • 1 x gatorade army strength rehydration drink
* On waking up (about 2pm) & before going out (about 9pm)
  • 2 x 5HTP (increase to 4 towards end of week)
I've done 6 huge nights in a row like this & I don't break down in tears or anything like I used to after several end-to-end massive nights!

Keep up the 5HTP for about 10 days on return & wean off gradually.

Please tell me this is a wind up? If not I think you seriously need help if you go through all that patter every time you have been on the bevy!

this is what myself, and my fellow med-students use.

this might be a north american phenomena, but im sure there is a Euro-equivalent under a different brand name...

whenever i know im to be boozing the next day, i buy and drink a ton of this stuff the day before, the day of, and the day after.

ps - ever tried an IV to cure a hangover?! hehe works like a charm - 30 min and you're ready to booze again!!
 
5HTP - am i being blonde but what is this stuff??

next day i usually eat lots of fatty food (maccies) and also pure orange juice, but the best hangover cure is.... Sugar Free 7up!

Im usually too tired/wasted to take my make up off let alone this :eek:
