woken up with bruises and a hangover, can't face work today, but SO much to do....

nope, but I do have a pole sized bruise on my arm, mainly proving how bad I am at pole dancing

A year back a bottle of Red each wouldn't have made any impact the day after. I'm getting worse with age.
