Is the only way I can describe what happened to me tonight
I was an hour into my session (having already done my warming up, 40 mins cardio, and some weights), I decided to use the chest press. I can hear you all
ing, it works for me anyway!
I sat down and started my reps, stopped and looked at my legs
they were shaking away like a fookin pneumatic drill
I daren't have stood up as I suspect I may have had "jelly legs"
The effect was lessened when I crossed my legs-how often do you see someone sitting at the weights machine with their legs crossed
Has anyone else had this or similar
(Its not the first time I've had it).
