Gym junkie?

I know it would be best to do something every day, but it's not sustainable for me, (my 'other' career means I need time in the evenings to do the music thing), so I find going every other day is a good compromise. Plus I'm genetically 'gifted' with very stocky legs so I don't need to do any weights for the lower half.

I always do weights first, to ensure I'm lifting as much as I can, then cardio in the form of the treadmill for the remainder of the session.

I'll definitely start doing some other weight training exercises soon though - maybe doing those seated dumbell presses instead of incline bench. It's hard to do weights to failure without a gym partner though :( Unless I want to crush my larynx with a barbell :lol:

Maybe you have spring asthenia. My sister Apo and my friend Linita, year after year they have it.
 
What's the best way for a girl to get a nice toned tummy then fitness gurus? :twisted: (preferably in less than a month 8O )

Do a David Blaine and don't eat from now 'til then.

Oh and half hourly crunches (250 reps) 24/7.

Perhaps even have some ab muscles tatoo'd on.

Also a good one, not sure of name. The big machine where you put all your weight onto your arms and lift your legs straight, some one help me here! It is a killer though.

But just do sit ups at home, easy. Get your boyfriend to sit on your feet. But be careful with your lower back, make sure you are doing them slowly

That is the worst isn't it? I tried it a couple of weeks back, just a simple chest workout. I started freaking out because I wasn't generating any sweat. I got scared and left.:)

From Saturday - i'd say gym is 'possible' on Monday, 'better' by Tuesday and back up to speed by Wednesday.
