Just been in to Holland and Barrett to collect my weekly supply of mixed nuts and seeds :P

Checked the price of 5HTP and noticed they are in the sale at £6.74 pretty good seeing as they are normally £14.99 :D

I splashed out on 2 tubs 8)

Definately worth trying in my opinion very good for the day/week after ;)

That's how much they were on the Holland & Barratt website too.

At that price, you should stock up. They really are a god send.
