Good places to eat in San Antonio?

me and my friend are going to ibiza for 2 weeks in june.we are staying at casita blance..i jw if anyone knew any good places that are affordable to eat at? Or are recommended? :p

Depends what your after really. I stayed at the Casita Blanca the last 2 years. If its just something quick to line the stomach then the food they serve in Casita Blanca does the job. Theres a tex mex place just down the road that opens late afternoon that does nice stuff but wouldn't recommend going there if you're really hungover as most dishes come with loads of cheese which is a bit sickening. For lunch i like the Ibiza Rocks bar, great toasted sambos after a hard night.

I love the Italian place David's. Very reasonable prices and the pizzas are amazing! 5 minutes from the sunset strip too. I eat there every visit to the island

Just up the road from David's,opposite the fruit and veg market 'Cafe Benitez',their menu del dia was 8.50 last year.

Thanks guys :). We just want somewhere where the food is delicious (good for hangover) and reasonably priced. I've been to ibiza since 2011 but both the last 2 years i went all inclusive. this year i am self catering for 2 weeks and cannot wait :). I will definetenly check these out thanks

David's is v.good too as xxkellyibzxx says.

Everyone raves about Curry club (over the road from Dave's) but I don't like the food (and I love curry) Chicken is always very dry and it always tested different to curies that I have had elsewhere around the world. Nice gardens though.

Golden Budda is good for drinks and snacks.

There is a place around in San An Bay with a windmill on the beach that is fantastic but I can't remember its name???

Savannah is worth checking out 1 night too. About 7 years ago it went down hill for food for 1 season but then came back even better :)

if you want to try some proper spanish/ibicenco food, head to es ventall or es rebost de can prats.

Thank you everyone for all the handy tips! Roughly how much are the prices of these places? I'm going with a friend who's never been. I've been to Ibiza for the last 2 years but everytime I went all inclusive so never ate out. But I'm looking forward to exploring many cuisines now.
Are these places all quite close to casita blanca and west end? Just am terrible with directions haha, may have to download a european tom tom and put the postcodes in or something. Thanks though :p

I would 2nd both of these. Probably my favourite places I've eaten in San Antonio.

Would also recommend David's pizza or Messon es Verro for cheaper but still very nice food.

Difference in opinion for you...

I find the pizza at David's way too salty! Zebra is nice but the location winds me up. Listening to the constant mopeds screaming past puts me off my dinner!

El rincon de pepe is amazing for food, but the service is never very good I find, so I wouldn't go there when your in a rush. You can walk in at midnight and get served though which is always a plus!

Tapas is nice (behind linekars you will see a sign) but I'd definitely say its not as good as it was 12-18mobths ago. Maybe I'm just getting used to it so its lost its sparkle though?

For quick cheap food I like tulp. Further away from town from Ibiza rocks diner. Service is slow (you can wait ages to get a drink brought over) but food comes quickly and is very nice and reasonably priced. (About 7-8 euros for a main which are always huge)

The Chinese behind tulp is also very good. 7.50 for menu del dia and it's enough food to feed two!

The smugglers in San an bay was very good for food last year. Different chef this year though so don't know if it will be the same. Beautiful relaxing location though.

Thanks for the feedback :) I am actually studying spanish foundation but im hopeless so I don't think i'll be able to speak it..most of these places understand english? Haha x

99.9% of places in Ibiza speak English. Obviously try to atleast say thank you and please in Spanish to be polite though.

Most restaurants have a menu that's translated into many different languages also, including English.
