I am only going for three nights in Sept and my friend and I would like somewhere on a recommendation please. We are both 35 and would like somewhere to suit our tastes of no beer heads and a good mixture of like minded people. We dont mind families as we both have a pair of kids and a wife each so we are used to that. Fancied Jet at PDB but wont let book for only 3 nights on this site.

Jet probably wouldnt be to your tastes as Bora Bora is part of the same complex and it tends to be quite hard to get sleep there.

I tend to stay in the Garbi its a family hotel about 5 min walk from bora bora and it tends to be a bit quieter. Its a nice hotel with fridges in the room and a balcony overlooking the sea.

5 mins along in Figueretas

Playa Sol Apts
fairly quiet, cheap and decent rooms
seemed to be a lot of Spanish guests when we were there as opposed to reams of other nationalities or brits

I stayed at the Fiesta Hotel Don Toni last time, it is on the beach, has a pool, free breakfast and dinner, right across the street from Space and down the block from bora bora, also pretty cheap, I think it would be a nice place to bring your fam.

... and if you like good breakfast - then stay away from this place :!:

don't forget that all major construction work in the tourist areas of ibiza has to stop by law from may to october so you shouldn't be troubled.

Cheers - Luckily we are going without family for a wild one so it does not have to be for them

Is that construction work where Pin-up used to be?

That's been looking like a ghost-town since it closed.

well, last summer they were advertising for appartments they will build between garbi and the northern-next hotel. so, most probably, the cranes and stuff on ice's pictures are from this building site!
