Fly Globespan have started flights out from Edinburgh for next year. You can arrive at 23.45 on Saturday night and fly back at 18:45 on the Sunday! All for £70 return!

How good is that! T Shirt, jeans, passport, sunglasses!

Surely there's no way you'd want to leave Space at 6pm when it's all just getting into full swing!!!? 8O

What you want is a flight that leaves Ibiza at 7am on a Monday morning so you'll be back in Edinburgh by around 9am, just leaving you an hour to get into work for 10 and allowing you to blame the heavy traffic for your slight lateness. 8)

f***ing excellent news. Cheers Dirk. As Im sorting my own accomodation next year this saves me a trip to Newcastle! Plus weekend to weekend is perfect.

It'd be shit leaving knowing Space was in full swing, but at least its giving you that extra night to go out. I'd usually have a quiet Saturday night so I was cool for the following day, but at least it'd force you to go out somewhere else on a Saturday night.

Some of the packages we were looking at last year were flying on the saturday at about 23:45 and leaving the following Saturday at 04:00 or something.

F IT. Im gonna hammer the overtime and try and use flexi time and a days holiday to take a week break for the openers next summer.

Just announced Glasgow flyglobespan Friday night 18.15. Glasgow to Ibiza on Friday night and back to Edinburgh on Sunday night! :D :D :D
 
:D The Glasgow one is Friday only (which is fine) but somehow seems quite a bit pricier than the Edinburgh one. I tried a few different dates and kept getting around £110 for a return, all in.
