Good news about Bora Bora

Don't children usually keep bunny rabbits Buckley?

See post passim about pretending to be grown up in this big bad world.

Anyway, 'Pilchard' is officially the current's not mine. Hmmm...that might make it sound worse! The current is a fully grown adult, honest

*grab crotch* 'Owww! I'm bad'

well at least you don't shave your pets like nitefly

That wouldn't work anyway. You'd have to shrink 'em and give 'em dimples to make them look like Nitefly!

Or is that not what you meant? ;)

i did try and sign the petition but it doesnt seem to work, and to help your petition i forwarded it onto the petetong.com forums, dunno if you got any signatures from there though.

Thanks for forwarding it. It does work though, dunno if maybe computer you were trying to do it from was a bit wonky or something. you could always try again.

Am not being funny or owt but why are so many people who are bored of the bora bora chats bothering to read the threads? If there's a topic i'm not interested in i tend not to read it or is that just me? On the lead up to the summer i reckon more and more people will be coming to this forum for the first time to find out whats happening with bora bora as well as other places, methinks there'll be plenty more chats and threads to come i'm afraid guys

Cos I thought it might be something new and of interest, instead it's the same old stuff that was discussed 6 months ago

Let's hope new members use the search facility at the top then to search for all what's been said on Bora Bora instead of starting 83 topics all relating to the same thing.

i do on the other hand completely disagree with the politics that seem to surround the nightlife in ibiza, its just plain wrong, but as im scottish and not spanish, i dont feel i have the right to tell the people in another country how to run their affairs, however much i disagree with how they do things.

fatphilb, this is one of the most sensible things I've read in these forums on the last... two years 8O ;)

and that most people have added comments saying they would not go back to Ibiza as a result as it was such a fundamental part of their holiday.

I'm sorry but I really do think these people are sad  (see what I said in earlier post about this). Bora Bora was great, end of, yay I like lots of other people would like to see it back in it's original form but if not I'm certainly not going to be crying about it cos my holiday revolves round more than a beach bar

Hear hear. Things change and move on, at least you've got the memories. It was good while it lasted, but nothing lasts for ever.

Did people stop coming to Ibiza when they put a roof on Ku or Es Paradis or boycott the Island because of other major changes a few decades back? - No - lets move on.........

I quite enjoyed Bora Bora in September sitting around chatting with friends, reading a book - perfect with none of that bloody racket you normally get there..... 8)

Apart from my cat and my rabbit, right GF? Right, huh? GF?

Of course Bucks, of course. Although there may come a time when they get very old when they might want to have a nice sleep, and although they look happy asleep they'll be getting very cold then so you might have to cover them up with some nice warm earth so they're all snug. But they'll still be there, just feeling very tired.

That's alright then ;)

(This post will come to haunt me when one of them 'buys the farm' :( )

its made a tear or two fall from my eye when I remembered having to let my doggie last year have her "happy sleep"......... 8O
