After reading lots of posts on here saying that the ONLY bars worth visiting in PDB are Ancient People (RIP !) and Bora Bora (spot on , truly wonderful place) I thought I would drop in few words of praise for other establishments in the area :
Both are just down the road from Space back towards PDB and the right hand turn off to Bora Bora.
Look out for PASSION - fantastic range of great Non Alcoholic Juice cocktails (vitamin influx ideal for post caning activities !) and a wide range of slammers , nice sangria etc. Also serve loads of salads , baguttes etc. Very nice music too and nice decor.
Even better decor and just a couple of blocks up from Passion is MANOA. This place was class with lots of good tapas and chilled music. There are white drapes all over the pace and its a gorgeous, relaxing place for a few slurps.
Fair enough , the majority of other bars in PDB may be cheap John Smiths, Eastenders on video and All Day Breakfast stuff but on the way to Space or Bora Bora have a go at Manoa and Passion.
