Is it just me, or is eBay just huge in the UK? With the exception of my rather eccentric mother, I never hear people back home in the States talking about eBaying stuff (is that a proper verb now? like google? ). Seems people in the UK are more into the system... could just be a wrong impression from afar.

ebaying is pretty huge over the pound... infuriating the popular with ticket touts though... when the v festival went on sale last week they sold out in half an hour and within an hour there were 10 pages for sale on ebay!
