Going to Ibiza Alone

Hey Everybody-

I'm going to Ibiza by myself Aug 14-24. I'm a 29 year-old guy from the States. My friends and I went two years ago and had a great time, but now none of them can go and I've decided to go on my own. Tentatively I have reservations at Hotel Hawaii- I wanted to stay in Playa D'en Bossa, but it is too expensive on my own.
Does anybody have any experiences going to Ibiza by themselves? Any advice or suggestions? I'd really like to meet some like-minded clubbers and others.

Never been on my own, but Ibiza is full of nice friendly people and you'll have no problems meeting people and tagging along.

You'll be ok!

I was there by myself back in 2000, had a great time.
People in Ibiza are friendly and are there for the same reason you are, to enjoy life, music, people, clubs, sunsets...

Try to get in contact (thru this forum), with others that are going at the same time you are.

I'm going back this year by myself also!

My first trip to Ibiza (2000) was a solo venture. If you hang out at Bora Bora you can always meet people. If you have a Euro mobile you can make it a goal to get at least one new number every day; when you meet people get a number so you can meet up and hang out.
 
Thanks for all the encouragement. I need it! I've never gone anywhere alone before. I broke up with my girl a few months ago and decided to do something out of character.

i arrive on the 22nd august so you could have the pleasure of my company for a few days, which will just end your holiday in the best way possible ;)
 
I am going alone to Ibiza in august too . Idont know the exactly dates , but must be te same dates as u .

Premile- good idea about the phone. I'll have to get one the works in Europe.

I think I'll spoil myself and stay in Playa d'en Bossa. From what I recall, it's much nicer than San An and it will be worth the $. I have a reservation at Fiesta Club Don Toni and Hotel Hawaii in San An.

Hi mate. Me and one of my mates are going on the 6th - 20th so you're welcome to meet up with us. 2 lads, 19 (close to 20 by then!). We're pretty easy going and laid back, we'll be doing the chillout cafe bars during the day and then clubbin it at night/morning. This'll be my 3rd time to the island of joy!

Hopefully some lovely laydeeezzzzz will soon send me a post who will be going on the same dates !

This site is a good meeting point, met some Irish wenches on here last time, they were such a laf!!!

Wow! I thought i was going to be the only one ALONE this year!!! I too tried to get my friends to come out but they couldnt' make it :!:

Matt, you'll be there the 6th-20th of Aug.??? Maybe we could hook up, this is my first time in Ibiza... 8O
 
Hi good for you everyone is very friendly went out last year made some great mates we are staying at the hotel belemar just avross the road from you from july 26th til aug 9th try and catch up

June 7-10th

im going alone also between 7-10 of june....wats it like and where arebest places to meet people. Many girls go there around this time???
