Yep thats 9bar I mentioned before, cool place but only around sunset. The huge rave on the hill is called Hilltop. Dont try to get sorted at these places, but dont worry there is plenty of places for that. If you stay in a place with a few Israelis, you will get sorted, they r the ones running the bussiness in Goa. I have been many times and if you are streetwise (dont carry on motorbike, parties, smoke in public etc) you will be fine. And like Mark said, there is always the baksheesh option, Indian cops are known for that so always carry some cash on you just in case...

we spent a bit of time travelling Goa and only realy noticed Polica presene at peak time, xmas period, on the main beaches. Saying that I thought the main places like Baga were pure tack

it is all about Vagator, amazing beach, wiched bar (I say bar but imagine HUGE outside terrace) playing trance from 6 til about 11.. good Food etc etc - and this is the place you'll find out about parties anthow - there was a hugh rave on a hill when we were there but I was not allowed to go lol (shame cos it lasted 3 days)
