There was a bloke with white gloves at Turnmills on friday...

WHY????!!!!! 8O

I have to say that i dont see the point, back in my hard dance days i didnt even stoop as low as to dance with glo sticks although i did wear everything else, apart from the dayglo jacket

I feel generally sorry for people dancing with them

There should be a law against glows. If I had a dollar for every time I had some idiot waving them in my face (and the worst is when you first got to the club and you're stone sober... then my claws come out) I would be quite wealthy.

Ishkur sums it up best:
"The most praise I can possibly muster for glowsticking is that it's an easy way to pretend to look competent at enjoying music."

I'm liking this understatement. Most people would exaggerate and say "....I'd be a millionaire..." or "....I could buy a v
illa in Ibiza...." , but it appears you've done some calculations and come up with a resonable assumption.
