...on new holiday clothes? And what sites do you use most? i am amazed at how much i need to buy for my holiday this year. Last year was a camping holiday in germany so i need to buy lots of funky new ibiza clothes but prices seem to have rocketed.

I dread to think what I've spent on holiday clothes - I started buying in February and I'm still buying :?

Most of my stuff is vintage, I buy a few bits from Top Shop, Miss Selfridge, ASOS etc but most of the stuff is vintage as I don't like to look like everyone else on the High Street. Also try Primark for dirt cheap stuff, it will only last you a holiday but at that price you don't really care.

If you want to shop online try ASOS, Top Shop, Miss Selfridge, Urban Outfitters, Warehouse, Oasis..........

For bikinis try any of the high street names I've mentioned above or Figleaves is good for swimwear.

hmm I dont think i know nor want to knoq how much I spend - i just go out and if I see 1 or 2 bits every week or so I just buy them - doubt I would want to add it all up at the end like...

i hate shopping though and my dress size goes up and down a bit so i dont usually buy anything until i really need it.

Just go to Primark then, it's impossible to spend more than £50 in there regardless of how many things you buy

im suprised to see so many primark fans. i buy things from there every now and again but it has to be the worst shop for crowds and mess, unless you go in first thing in the morning.

i really dont like shopping do i? :D

I love Primark sometimes

I think I am going to get up really early and go to the Hammersmith one on Saturday morning - the Oxford Street one traumatises me after work when it's like a jumble sale and there's a queue of 8 million people :spank:

i have spent way way way too much this year as usual. About £2000 in total i dread to think. probably more i just dont want to add it up!!!

Mind you the clothes are not only for Ibiza, i have three weddings to go to as well as they are all abroad..... plus the hen nights are abroad so its all justifiable.

This weekend i managed to buy the following holiday items....

1 (more!) pair denim hotpants / shorts River Island (!)
silk scarf print dress from Miss S (for wedding)
2 t shirts from Urban Outfitters
2 beach towels as ours were "lost"/forgotten last year at Bora Bora
tan tablets from Holland & Barret (my friend says these are good anyone triend them?!)
2 pairs cheap sunnies (top shop, River I)
loads of jewellery from everywhere

thats just what i can remember help 8O

ONLY TWO SHOPPING WEEKENDS TILL IBIZA ......HOW MUCH MORE CAN I CRAM IN MY SUITCASE!!!!

i usually travel very light on holiday but this year were going for 3 weeks and i dont wanna spend too much time washing clothes so maybe thats why i feel things are expensive. i think i am also starting to take an interest in clothes again for this holiday. recently i have been a bit self conscious but im trying to change all that.

spacemonkey- are the tanning tablets to help protect your skin?

All our Primarks used to be like that but it seems like they have all been done up. Maybe its just the ones where you live?

they are supposed to help you get a tan eaiser i think.....
you still need to use sun cream etc.

but as you get a tan better you dont need to sunbathe as much (=more time at space!) so i guess they are good from that point of view

i get the best tan sitting under an umbrella to be honest as you can do it all day.

there are others called beta carotene you can take but i am put off but the CAROTene part as i dont want to go orange!!!:D

I never buy clothes specifically for my hols, except last year that I bought my summer biker outfit.

Whatever I wear in my hols I can wear it any weekend so I guess I'm lucky on that side 8)
