OMG I have discovered the best invention known to man ever - dry shampoo

I am a bit of lazy skanky cow in the week so getting up to wash my 'fro in a mornng for work is just not on my agenda  Last week my hairdresser was talking about dry shampoo so I bought some and 6 days later and a few squirts my hair still hasn't been washed and is looking as good as new

Does anyone else use it and if so can you recommend any good brands, I have been using the Label M one.

(Altho when I was telling people at work about it, the response I got was 'you haven't had your hair washed since Saturday, what kind of skanky cow are you   )

Ya.. that's basically what we were thinking

Seriously, though, doesn't your hair start to feel a bit heavy? Do you have naturally dry hair or oily? Your hair is not too long so does it really take a lot of time to wash?

I read an article in a mag the other week you know when they test stuff out and Lee Staffords came out on top - its only about £4 too!!!:D

  You don't use it as a complete substitute for normal shampoo/conditoner - it's just for those days where you're too lazy to wash and dry your hair. I think it is going to be a godsend in Ibiza

This is what the website says:

» No More Grease
Bad hair day? Do you get fed up with greasy hair, constantly styled and restyled. Toni & Guy have produced Label. M Dry Shampoo to tame your tresses and give you luscious locks all the day through.

Formulated to banish excess oil and everyday wear and tear, Label. M was designed during Fashion Week when models have their hair styled in a hundred different ways with a thousand different products…ok slight exaggeration, but you get the point. The shampoo eliminates everyday build up and acts as a hair neutraliser, so if you don’t have time to wash and go, try the dry shampoo to see you to sunrise.

Made with Rice Starch which absorbs oil and grease, with a spray can that you can get right into the roots to create a matt texture great for styling, teasing, curling, and volumising. You can also use Label. M on lank fringes that have taken the toll of make up applications and moisturiser. Exclusively available at Toni & Guy and Essensuals salons nationwide, £7.95, I’m already in the queue.

(I think I'll just crawl back to my skanky hair hole   )

Thank you Jessy and Erin for not making me sound like a skanky cow

Erin I'll give you a squirt next time you're round

I need to wash my hair and keep my head under the shower for as long possible in order to wake up in the morning.

Also, it's just skanky!!

I can't understand why you are so happy about it 8O
I think one of the best pleasures in life is to take a long shower and wash your hair. :D

Do you think we are too much time connected, Holly? it looks like we agree all the time today :?

how does it remove the dirt? Do you have to shake your hair afterwards or something and bits fall out?

(babs do you not even wash your hair on monday after a weekend out? 8O )

But not when it's minus 5 degrees in a morning in London or not after Space/before DC10 in Ibiza - all those times when it's just too much hassle to wash and more importantly dry your hair you just need a quick squirt

I think its good if you've been to the haird's and want to keep your style - plus if you've got long hair you never need to wash it as much anyway!

I wash my hair every morning (I'm with those who stated above that they enjoy that long hot shower in the morning) and then venture out in much colder temperatures than -5C !

We are in tune aren't we? Maybe it's more that we disagree with Babs.

 Let's see what you 2 have to say when you've got big fat bellies full of babies and 5 screaming kids wanting to be fed in a morning - then you'll be glad of my dry shampoo
