Gimme some help

A mate of mine's got a mild case of piles but doesn't know we know, so we're bombarding him with subtle and not-so-subtle emails with loads of references. Any suggestions?

Some we've already had are:

Numerous mentions of Nobby Stiles.
Numerous mentions of 'bear with a sore @rse' and bosses being 'irritating @rseholes'.
Numerous mentions of grapes.
A bloke at work called Giles Farmer.
Ashley Giles itching to get to the crease.
