GAY IBIZA IN AUGUST

This August will be my first time in Ibiza. Circuit boys, you know who you are, any suggestions on where to be and what parties to go to?

The first two weeks of August, specially the second one, are the best for the circuit parties. I've heard that it's like Carnaval in Rio, Mardi Gras in Sydney, the Gay Pride in NY, White Party Week in Miami, Mikonos in August, etc.

Go to the main Gay Parties in the island and to the beach called Ses Cavallet (I think that's the name of the beach, it's close to Las Salinas, you can find it in the spotlight website).

Try the following parties:
- La Troya @ Amnesia on Wednesday
- La Troya After Party @ Space on Thursday Morning (*)
- Scandal @ Penelope (Scandal used to be @ Pacha, but this year moved to a new club, Penelope, worth checking)
- Matinee @ Space on Saturday Morning (*)
- Circo Loco @ DC10 on Monday all day long (*)

(*) Best parties to actually meeting someone.

I actually went in there to learn about stalagmites and stalagtites.

They've placed there now a gorgeous '2001 Nights' style living room with arabic tiles and oriental cushions and lamps. My friends and I were there chilling out, chatting and smoking joint (sneakily enough ). Stayed liying down there for a good while.

A friend told me the poor birds used to end the season ripping themselves off their leathers because they went mad for the music at night, when they had to sleep. Many of them died.

AAAAWWW,, poor birdies... that is SAD! Having an aviary in a club sounds like a really stupid, cruel idea to begin with.
