i like garlands. went quite alot when i worked in ibiza and always had fun and was a cheap night. the funky room was really good in eden too. can see why people wouln't like it. music can be very commercial but i'd agree that it is fun and light which is nice on occasion. eden isn't my fave club by a long shot so people may not like the location. and the cheapness of the night might attract a crowd some dont like. but i have always enjoyed it. cheap, cheery and fun. don't see the problem with that! 
and think some of the comments may be a bit ott. i mean i personally don't think im sh*t

I went in 2003 when it was at Kanya for the beach party and i really enjoyed that. We went to the funky room in Eden (because thats all they had then) and it was okat but i was pretty 
and was having too much of a good time to notice anybody else around me.
Last year i went and i was a bit put off, there was a considerable amount of scum in there but also a few normal looking people that were obviously there for the music. Admittedly it was a bit commercial at some points but again i got a little so i didnt mind so much. I was a bit hacked off with the arrogance of Dave & Huey and when they played The darkness i think we all decided to call it a night and went back to our balcony to play connect 4

yeah i remember them playing that and i wasn't overly impressed! there were a few other really dodgy songs too. but overall i had a good time and just took a breather when anythin really terrible came on!

i checked out your tune, which stinks of scouse house. incidentally its a very shit track. the production is awful if its meant to sound like a hard house track.
I used to attend garlands in liverpool, and was going to the 051 occasionally around 96/97, so know every well what scouse house is. seeing at is matters so much to you i have probably been around 60 times over the last 9 years, admittedly not much since its gone so down hill imo.
garlands in ibiza is full of proper slobbering try-hards though, and liverpool attracts a similar crowd since its popularity explosion after the free partys at kanya.

THE TRACK IS POORLY PRODUCED, WE DID IT OVER 18 MONTHS AGO JUST MESSIN AROUND WITH SUM SAMPLES,WAS VERY MUCH A CUT AND PASTE JOB, BUT I SAW IT FIRST HAND DESTROYING DANCEFLOORS, SIMPLY COS IT WAS A MILKSHAKE REMIX, WE NEVER EXPECTED IT TO GET PRESSED EITHER.
I ALSO AGREE THAT GARLANDS HAS GONE DOWNHILL OF LATE alex311279, BUT THAT COULD BE ATTRIBUTED TO THE FACT I DONT PARTICULARLY LIKE THE STUFF LES CALVERT IS PLAYIN, ALL THE DIRTY/LATIN STUFF.
I MISSED DAVE AND HUEYS HOUSE PARTY IN THE SOHO A FEW WEEKS AGO BUT SOME OF MY MATES WENT AND SAID IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST NIGHTS THEY'VE HAD IN THERE, AND THE TUNES WERE AMAZIN, GARLANDS ANTHEMS FROM YEARS PAST.
I HAVENT SEEN ANY 'SLOBBERING TRY HARDS' IN GARLANDS IBIZA THE LAST 2 YEARS, AND IN 2003 @ PIN UP I HAD ONE OF THE BEST NIGHTS EVER.
I WOULD ASLO AGREE TO AN EXTENT THAT THERE ARE PEOPLE GOIN TO GARLANDS NOW WHO GO SIMPLY YO BE SEEN THERE AND LOOK COOL, BUT THEY ARE A MINORITY.
