Full Intention - Just The Way

Just been listening to this again, and whilst I much prefer the Purple EP to the recent Anniversary EP (which I consider to be dull and boring), am I alone in thinking that a full vocal would really suit this tune, rather than merely "It's just the way I feel" looped?
