Check out Friskyradio.com they tend to repeat stuff but they have some good sets.
I'm just glad that my work hasn't caught on that I'm listening to internet radio. Supposedly a big no-no...

this is my friends site. he does alot of set from local dj's here in SF, as well as local party broadcasts from Qool at 111 Minna, and this secret party place, 808.
Stay tuned for some exclusive sets from the likes of Jeffrey Allen, Frisky himself, Scott Carrelli, Spesh, Ciekone, all from the Bay Area.
 
This is a great site, I love listening to it at work as it gives me a change from my usual CDs. Let your friend know he has one happy listener :D
