Hey guys do any of the Uk mobile operators offer free web text? Here in Ireland we get about 300 form all the networks.

I have developed a java application for sending these from your mobile from home or abroad depending on your network it can cost less than a cent per text and best of all its free.

This comes in very handy when abroad as a text back home here costs about .40c.

If someone knows of a uk service or anywhere abroad that offer free text ill try implement it into the application I may need your help with temporary logins etc...

Im not trying to get this thing large scale or anything but I do use these fourms alot so I thought i'd share the wealth.

hi mr X, i sometimes use www.fonetastic.com its completely free and you get 10 free texts a day, all you do is sign up, i think there is also cbfsms.com, but thats a bit unreliable. hope this helps you mate
 
Thanks for that ill take a look 10 a day is a bit miserable though 300 a month or something like that would be worth while ill keep checking and report back here if I find anything..

Now thats what i'm talking about anyone with an 02 account that can confirm this and is interested in doing some tests?
